Return and Exchange Policy

At nhkuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), nhkuy will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer wanted, bought wrong size), the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
